MyCloudGCS, LLC Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments
Effective October 1, 2025
These policies are designed to help Clients understand how MyCloudGCS, LLC processes orders and payments made via credit card through our secure payment processor of choosing.
The following terminology applies to this Policy and to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you—the person engaging with our services and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions either stated herein or in a separate written agreement. “The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refers to MyCloudGCS, LLC. “Party” or “Parties” refers collectively to both the Client and the Company.
All references to one gender include all genders and references in the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context requires.
Fulfillment Policy
At MyCloudGCS, LLC, we take the delivery of services and your satisfaction seriously. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver coaching services and digital products and explains our refund and cancellation procedures. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Delivery Policy
MyCloudGCS, LLC provides Fractional Services, Training, Coaching programs as well as digital training services under multiple brands, including but not limited to, Ignite Readiness Audit, Momentum Growth Framework, Velocity Leadership Blueprint” MyCloudGCS brand. These services are delivered On-Site and or electronically and include:
- Access to our private member platform
- Personalized onboarding and 90-day planning sessions
- Live group coaching via MS Teams, Zoom or other platforms
- Digital workbooks, resources, recorded training, and other media
- Telecommunications and other community-based support systems
Access credentials and instructions are delivered via email following successful enrollment and payment confirmation. If you have not received updates and future access within a 24 hour period, please contact us at connect@mycloudgcs.com.
Refund Policy - Conditional
We offer a 14-day conditional refund policy for the Multiple brands, including but not limited to, Ignite Readiness Audit, Momentum Growth Framework, Velocity Leadership Blueprint program, available only to new clients. To qualify:
- You must attend at least two (2) live group coaching calls within the first 14 calendar days.
- You must complete and submit the corresponding assignments, if applicable.
This policy is designed to ensure active participation and a fair opportunity to experience the value of the program.
If you meet these criteria and still wish to request a refund, you must email connect@mycloudgcs.com by Day 14 of your enrollment. Refund requests that do not meet both conditions or are submitted after the 14-day period will not be honored.
Return Policy – All Others
MyCloudGCS, LLC, does not offer returns. Our services are custom-in-nature and considered delivered once attended. No returns or exchanges apply. All CORE(S) Framework Book sales are done via Amazon and follow their Policy.
Cancellation Policy
By entering and/or enrolling in a program, training, and other services, you agree to the minimum fixed-term commitment offered in Sales Agreement. If you are on a payment plan, monthly or otherwise, installments must be paid in full as agreed. Early cancellation does not release you from your financial obligation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@mycloudgcs.com. No refunds will be granted after cancellation.
Service Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to engage with the program (including live calls, meetings, assignments, or support) for a period exceeding 30 days, and repeated contact attempts by MyCloudGCS go unanswered, we reserve the right to mark the program as abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

To file a complaint or request a refund under our policy, please email connect@mycloudgcs.com with full details and supporting documentation. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion and must meet all stated conditions.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which MyCloudGCS, LLC collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://mycloudgcs.com website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by MyCloudGCS, LLC.

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To process transactions
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service related to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill the service.
- To administer any content, promotion, survey, or other Site feature
To send Users information they have agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them. - To send periodic emails
The email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to inquiries, and/or other requests. If User opts in to our mailing list, they may receive emails including company news, updates, related product, or service information, etc. Users can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.
How We Protect Your Information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.
