Chris Caffera is accomplished in Business Strategy, Technology, Consulting, SMB, Enterprise, Government Growth & Transformation Leader. Three (3) Decades of extensive experience driving multi-million-dollar growth across cloud, cybersecurity, Communications, and compliance-driven technology markets, he is recognized as a top President’s Club–level performer and accomplished Customer Care, Mentor, and Trainer.

Author of CORE(S) Framework™, Chris has consistently delivered results for Fortune 2000 corporate enterprises, Healthcare Providers, Technology Organizations, Start-ups as well as public-sector organizations, bridging the gap between strategic vision and revenue execution.

As Chief Transformation & Revenue Officer (CTRO) and Founder of MyCloudGCS, Chris leads with a dual mandate: Accelerating client revenue growth while guiding organizations through mission-critical digital and operational transformations. His leadership is grounded in the CORE(S) Framework™, a methodology he created that empowers teams to have Clarity of Expectations, Observance of Motivations, Reveal Constraints, Earn Commitments and offer Solution Deliverables in every interaction from Simple to Complex resulting in measurable outcomes.

Chris builds with CORE(S) and Mature FinOps® Frameworks models to advising compliance-driven vendor selections in Healthcare, he has positioned himself as a Trusted Advisor to executives seeking both growth and resilience in rapidly changing markets. Based in Orlando, FL, Chris lives with his Best Friend and Wife Beth and enjoys watching his two children excel at all that they do.
